光学频率梳专利技术简述

摘要 光频梳作为简单有效的测量装置而备受青睐,其利用锁模脉冲激光器产生超短光脉冲。在频率域上,这些频率谱就像梳子,梳齿间隔相等。光频梳就是一把拥有精密刻度的尺子或定时器,可以通过将光频梳中的飞秒激光与被测光进行拍频来测量光频。光频梳技术对测量和非线性光物理等不同的领域产生显著地影响,本文首先对光频梳的产生进行分析,然后从专利申请、区域分布、技术分支角度分析光频梳的专利总体情况;并对国内光频梳的发展脉络进行梳理。 Optical frequency comb is very popular as a simple and effective measuring device,which is generated by ultra-short optical pulses using mode-locked pulse lasers.In the frequency domain,the frequency spectra are like combs with equal spacing between combs.An optical frequency comb is a ruler or timer with a precise scale,therefore,the optical frequency can be measured through beat frequency between the femtosecond pulse in the optical frequency comb and the light to be measured.Optical frequency combing technology has a significant impact on measurement and nonlinear optical physics.Firstly,the generation of optical frequency comb was analyzed.Secondly,the overall patent situation of optical frequency comb was analyzed from the perspective of patent application,regional distribution and technical branches.Finally,the development of optical frequency comb in our country was summarized.
