红沿河核电站12周计划指标管理提升

12-Week Plan Indicator Management and Improvement of Hongyanhe Nuclear Power Plant

红沿河核电站机组日常运行期间采用12周计划的方式,进行预防性、纠正性工作及定期试验工作的安排和执行。为了扭转12周计划相关指标长期亮红灯问题,制定了行之有效的管理办法,将相关指标完成情况变为了绿灯。

A 12-week plan is adopted to arrange and conduct preventive,corrective maintenance and periodic tests for daily production of Hongyanhe nuclear power plant.In order to solve the problem of long-term red light and turn related indicators to green light,effective management methods have been formulated.
