普拉洛芬联合妥布霉素地塞米松预防翼状胬肉术后复发的泪液功能及临床效果分析

Tear Function and Clinical Effect of Pranoprofen Combined with Tobramycin Dexamethasone In Preventing Postoperative Recurrence of Pterygium

目的:观察普拉洛芬联合妥布霉素地塞米松预防翼状胬肉术后复发的泪液功能及临床效果。方法:选取2017年1月-2018年1月本院收治的翼状胬肉手术患者225例。根据术后对其预防复发所使用药物的不同,将其分为试验组(普拉洛芬联合妥布霉素地塞米松,n=79)、对照A组(普拉洛芬,n=71)、对照B组(妥布霉素地塞米松,n=75)。比较三组术后效果和复发情况、泪液功能指标及舒适度评分。结果:试验组治愈率均高于对照A、B组,复发率均低于对照A、B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组干眼症评分、泪膜破裂时间、泪膜分泌试验等泪液功能指标均优于对照A、B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后1周以及1、3个月,试验组舒适度评分均高于对照A、B组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:普拉洛芬与妥布霉素地塞米松联合预防的方案相比于单独使用一种药物的效果更佳,能够更好地抑制翼状胬肉术后复发,有助于患者的泪液功能恢复。

Objective:To observe the tear function and clinical effect of Pranoprofen combined with Tobramycin Dexamethasone in preventing postoperative recurrence of pterygium.Method:A total of 225 patients with pterygium from January 2017 to January 2018 in our hospital were selected.According to the different drugs used to prevent recurrence after operation,they were divided into experimental group(Pranoprofen combined with Tobramycin Dexamethasone,n=79),control A group(Pranoprofen,n=71),and control B group(Tobramycin Dexamethasone,n=75).The effect,recurrence,tear function and comfort scores in three groups were compared.Result:The cure rate of experimental group were higher than those of control A and B groups,the recurrence rate were lower than those of control A and B groups,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The dry eye score,tear film rupture time and tear film secretion test in experimental group were better than those of control A and B groups,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After operation 1 week and 1 and 3 months,the comfort scores of experimental group were higher than those of control A and B groups,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pranoprofen combined with Tobramycin Dexamethasone is more effective than one drug alone in preventing the recurrence of pterygium,it can inhibit the recurrence of pterygium and help the recovery of tear function.
