泪小管切开联合硅胶管置入治疗泪小管炎的临床疗效与安全性探究

Clinical Effect and Safety of Lacrimal Canaliculus Incision Combined with Silicone Tube Insertion in the Treatment of Patients with Dacryocanaliculitis

目的:探究与分析泪小管切开联合硅胶管置入治疗泪小管炎的临床疗效与安全性。方法:选取2016年6月-2017年11月本院收治的58例泪小管炎患者为研究对象,依据随机分配的原则分为对照组和观察组,每组29例。对照组进行泪小管切开治疗,观察组进行泪小管切开联合硅胶管置入治疗。比较两组的临床总有效率、复发率、不良反应发生率、治疗前后症状体征积分及泪液炎性因子水平。结果:观察组中不同泪小管炎的临床总有效率均高于对照组,复发率及不良反应发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组症状体征积分与泪液炎性因子水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组症状体征积分与泪液炎性因子水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:泪小管切开联合硅胶管置入治疗泪小管炎的临床疗效较好,安全性也较高,在泪小管炎中的应用价值较高。

Objective:To investigate and analyze the clinical effect and safety of lacrimal canaliculus incision combined with silicone tube insertion in the treatment of patients with dacryocanaliculitis.Method:58 patients with dacryocanaliculitis who treated in our hospital from June 2016 to November 2017 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of random distribution,each group included 29 cases.The control group was treated with lacrimal canaliculus incision,the observation group was treated with lacrimal canaliculus incision combined with silicone tube insertion.Then the total effective rates,recurrence rates,adverse reactions rates,symptom and sign scores,tear inflammatory factors before and after treatment of two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rates of the observation group with different dacryocanaliculitis were higher than those of the control group,the recurrence rates and adverse reactions rates were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptom and sign scores,tear inflammatory factors of two groups before the treatment were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The symptom and sign scores,tear inflammatory factors of the observation group after the treatment were all lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of lacrimal canaliculus incision combined with silicone tube insertion in the treatment of patients with dacryocanaliculitis is better,and the safety is higher,so its application value in the patients with dacryocanaliculitis is higher.
