2017年东莞市儿童窝沟封闭项目的封闭率及封闭完好率的调查研究

Analysis of Sealing Rate and Intact Sealing Rate of Pit and Fissure Sealing Project in Second-grade Children in 12 Primary Schools of Dongguan in 2017

目的:探讨2017年东莞市12所小学二年级儿童窝沟封闭项目的完成情况。方法:2017年5-7月选取东莞市12所学校(常平镇第一小学、土塘小学、司马小学、嘉盛学校、创业学校等)内3 098名二年级学生作为筛查对象,记录其家长同意情况、儿童封闭情况以及复查情况。结果:东莞市12所学校内共3 098名儿童完成筛查,家长同意进行封闭的学生数1 755名,家长同意率为56.65%,其中,公立学校家长同意率为56.58%,民办学校家长同意率为56.69%,校间家长同意情况对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);3 098名儿童中,1 972名符合窝沟封闭适应证,符合率为63.65%,最终1 514名(4 914颗牙齿)儿童已实施窝沟封闭,封闭率为48.87%;1 514名(4 914颗牙齿)完成窝沟封闭的儿童中,1 372名儿童(3 542颗牙齿)接受复查,复查率为90.62%,其牙齿完好3 462颗,完好率为97.74%;公立学校的封闭完好率为96.55%,低于民办学校的98.37%,校间封闭完好率对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:本院2017年对东莞市12所学校内开展窝沟封闭项目,其项目质量较为理想,但仍存在较大的提高空间。

Objective:To investigate the completion of the pit and fissure sealing project in secondgrade children in 12 primary schools of Dongguan in 2017.Method:3 098 second-grade students from 12 schools in Dongguan(Changping Town First Primary School,Tutang Primary School,Sima Primary School,Jiasheng School,Entrepreneurship School,etc.)from May to July 2017 were selected as the screening targets.The situations of sealing and reexamination were recorded.Result:A total of 3 098 children in 12 schools in Dongguan completed screening,1 755 students whose parents agreed to be closed,the rate of parents’consent was 56.65%.Among them,the rate of parents’consent in public schools was 56.58%,and that in private schools was 56.69%,there was no significant difference in parents'consent between schools(P>0.05).In 3 098 children,1 972 cases were eligible for pit and fissure sealing indication,the compliance rate was 63.65%,and finally,1 514 children(4 914 teeth)had been treated with pit and fissure sealing,the sealing rate was 48.87%.Of 1 514 children(4 914 teeth)with pit and fissure sealing,1 372 children(3 542 teeth)received reexamination,the reexamination rate was 90.62%,and 3 462 teeth were in good conditions,the intact rate was 97.74%.The intact sealing rate of public schools and private schools were 96.55%and 98.37%,and there was statistical difference between the schools(P<0.05).Conclusion:Our institute launched pit and ditch sealing project in 12 schools in Dongguan in 2017,and the quality of the project is ideal,but there is still room for improvement.
