摘要 目的:探讨在显微镜根管治疗中应用四手操作技术的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析2016年1月-2017年12月本院收治的120例根管钙化行显微镜根管治疗患者的临床资料,按护理方法分为对照组(常规的围手术期护理)与观察组(四手操作技术)各60例。对两组的根管治疗时间、交叉感染率、护理满意度及钙化根管治疗效果进行比较分析。结果:观察组的根管预备、根管消毒、根管充填等治疗时间均明显短于对照组,细菌菌落总数、致病菌检出率均明显低于对照组,且钙化根管疏通成功率更高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后的护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:四手操作技术应用在显微镜根管治疗时的效果显著,明显缩短根管治疗时间,并降低了交叉感染率,具有在临床应用的价值。 Objective:To explore the clinical effects of four-hand operation technique in microscopic root canal therapy.Method:The clinical data of 120 cases of root canal calcification treated with microscope in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into control group(routine perioperative care)and observation group(four-hand operation)according to nursing method,60 cases in each group.The root canal treatment time,cross infection rate,nursing satisfaction and effect of calcified root canal therapy of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:The treatment time of root canal preparation,root canal disinfection and root canal filling in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group.The total number of bacterial colonies and the detection rate of pathogenic bacteria of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the success rate of calcified root canal dredging was higher,there were statistical significance(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the patients after treatment of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of four-hand operation technique in the treatment of microscopic root canal has a significant effect,which significantly shortens the treatment time of root canal and reduces the cross infection rate,and has the value in clinical application.
