摘要
目的:分析基于陪护公司管理的养老康复陪护服务模式对陪护人员的影响。方法:选取2016年1月-2018年1月本院的200名陪护人员为研究对象,按住院号电脑随机分为两组,每组100名。对照组未加入陪护公司管理,试验组加入陪护管理办公室管理,对比分析两组陪护人员职业认同感、归属感、责任感及可信赖度。结果:试验组陪护人员职业认同感各维度评分均较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组归属感(8.88±0.72)分,责任感(8.93±0.66)分,可信赖度(9.01±0.69)分,均较对照组的(5.17±0.51)、(4.37±0.82)及(4.40±0.79)分高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于陪护公司管理的养老康复陪护服务模式有助于提升陪护人员职业认同感、归属感、责任感及可信赖度。
Objective:To analyze the patterns of rehabilitation care service for the elderly based on accompany company management and its influence on the escort personnel.Method:A total of 200 cases of escort personnel in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were randomly selected as the research objects,they were randomly divided into two groups according to computer-generated number table method,100 cases in each group.The control group was not joining the management of escort company,the experimental group was joining the management office of escort management.The professional identity,sense of belonging,responsibility and trustworthiness of two groups were compared.Result:The scores of professional identity of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the sense of belonging score was(8.88±0.72)scores,the responsibility score was(8.93±0.66)scores,the trustworthiness score was(9.01±0.69)scores,which were lower than(5.17±0.51),(4.37±0.82)and(4.40±0.79)scores of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patterns of rehabilitation care service for the elderly based on accompany company management can help to improve the professional identity,sense of belonging,responsibility and trustworthiness of escort personnel.
