SPB-C/A(18)基因多态性与中国新生儿支气管肺发育不良关系的荟萃分析 被引量:2

Meta-analysis of the relationship between SPB-C/A(18) gene polymorphism and broncho-pulmonary dysplasia in Chinese newborn

摘要 目的探讨肺表面活性物质相关蛋白B(surfactant protein B,SPB)-C/A(18)基因多态性与中国新生儿支气管肺发育不良(broncho-pulmonary dysplasia,BPD)发病风险的相关性。方法利用中国知网、维普、万方、PubMed、Medline、Web of Science等数据库检索有关SPB-C/A(18)基因多态性与BPD相关性的病例对照研究,时限为1998年1月至2018年4月。根据纳入和排除标准选择文献,评估文献质量,并提取相关研究数据,采用Revman 5.3软件进行荟萃分析。结果共纳入5篇文献,观察组患儿332例,对照组患儿409例。荟萃分析显示:SPB-C/A(18)基因多态性与中国新生儿BPD发病风险无明显相关性(AA+AC与AA+AC+CC:OR=1.65,95%CI:0.90~3.03,P=0.10;A与A+C:OR=1.35,95%CI:0.72~2.53,P=0.34)。结论 SPB-C/A(18)基因多态性与中国新生儿BPD发病风险可能无明显相关性,但仍需大量高质量的研究进一步证实。 Objective To investigate the association between pulmonary surfactant protein B(SPB)-C/A(18)gene polymorphism and the risk of broncho-pulmonary dysplasia(BPD)in Chinese newborn.Method CNKI,VIP,Wanfang,Pub Med,Medline,Web of Science and other databases were used to search for case-control studies on the association between SPB-C/A(18)gene polymorphism and BPD.The time limit was January 1998 to April 2018.The literature was selected according to inclusion and exclusion criteria,the quality of the literature was assessed,and relevant research data was extracted and meta-analyzed using Revman 5.3 software.Result A total of 5 articles were included,332 cases in observation group and 409 cases in control group.Meta-analysis showed that there was no significant correlation between the SPB-C/A(18)gene polymorphism and the risk of BPD in Chinese newborn(AA+AC and AA+AC+CC:OR=1.65,95%CI:0.90~3.03,P=0.10;A and A+C:OR=1.35,95%CI:0.72~2.53,P=0.34).Conclusion SPB-C/A(18)gene polymorphism may not be associated with the risk of BPD in Chinese newborn,but it still needs a lot of high-quality studies to further confirm.
