摘要 目的探讨跨膜丝氨酸蛋白酶4(transmembrane protease serine 4,TMPRSS4)和E-钙黏蛋白(E-cadherin)在子宫内膜癌中的表达及其与临床病理特征的相关性。方法随机选取2016年4月至2017年4月在青岛大学附属医院治疗的39例子宫内膜癌患者,应用免疫组织化学法检测并比较TMPRSS4和E-cadherin在其中的表达,分析TMPRSS4和E-cadherin与子宫内膜癌的发生、国际妇产科联盟(International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics,FIGO)分期、细胞分化程度、浸润程度及淋巴转移的相关性。结果子宫内膜癌患者癌变组织中TMPRSS4表达阳性率显著高于癌旁正常组织(P=0.008)。子宫内膜癌患者FIGO分期高、分化程度低、浸润程度深、发生淋巴结转移者TMPRSS4表达阳性率显著升高(P_均<0.05),E-cadherin表达阳性率显著降低(P_均<0.05)。子宫内膜癌患者癌变组织中E-cadherin表达阳性率显著低于癌旁正常组织(P=0.003)。结论 TMPRSS4过表达和E-cadherin表达下调或缺失可能参与了子宫内膜癌发生发展过程,并可促进肿瘤组织侵袭和转移,是导致子宫内膜癌患者预后不良的因素之一。 Objective To investigate the expression of transmembrane protease serine 4(TMPRSS4)and E-cadherin in endometrial carcinoma and its correlation with clinicopathological features.Method 39 cases of patients with endometrial carcinoma who were treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University from April 2016 to April 2017 were randomly selected.The expression of TMPRSS4 and E-cadherin were detected by immunohistochemistry and compared between canceroux tissues and adjacnent normal tissues,and the correlation between TMPRSS4 and E-cadherin and the occurrence of endometrial cancer,International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics(FIGO)stage,cell differentiation,infiltration and lymphatic metastasis were analyzed.Result Positive rate of TMPRSS4 expression in cancerous tissues of patients with endometrial cancer was significantly higher than that of adjacent normal tissues(P=0.008).The positive rate of TMPRSS4 expression was significantly increased and the positive rate of E-cadherin expression in patients with endometrial cancer with high FIGO stage,low differentiation,deep infiltration and lymph node metastasis(Pall<0.05).The positive rate of E-cadherin expression in cancerous tissues of endometrial cancer patients was significantly lower than that of adjacent normal tissues(P=0.003).Conclusion Overexpression of TMPRSS4 and down-regulation or deletion of E-cadherin may be involved in the development of endometrial cancer and promote invasion and metastasis of tumor tissue,which is one of the factors leading to poor prognosis of endometrial cancer.
