公共图书馆应对老龄化社会之服务创新——解读新加坡国家图书馆老年读者服务

Service Innovation of Public Library in Aging Society: Interpretation of the Reader Service for Senior Citizens of the National Library of Singapore

论文以新加坡国家图书馆的老年服务为研究对象,基于活动理论,采用案例分析法对其网站的内容进行深入分析,从培训课程、阅读资源、活动发展、网站建设等角度总结了其老年服务的特点,提出珍视老年资源、定制针对老年读者刊物、提供专题馆藏和信息推荐、丰富图书载体模式和延伸服务等建议,为我国公共图书馆老年读者服务创新提供借鉴。

This papaer takes the elderly service of the National Library of Singapore as the research object.Based on the activity theory,the content of the website is analyzed in depth using the case analysis method.The characteristics of elderly service are summarized from the aspects of training courses,reading resources,activity development and website construction.Also,it provide suggestions such as valuing old-age resources,customizing publications for the elderly readers,providing thematic collections and information recommendation,enriching the book carrier model,and extending services,which provide reference for elderly service of public libraries in China.
