宫腔镜手术联合苍附导痰汤加减治疗子宫内膜息肉合并不孕患者的生殖预后情况观察

Observation on Reproductive Prognosis of Patients with Endometrial Polyps Complicated with Infertility Treated by Hysteroscopic Surgery Combined with Cangfu Daotan Decoction

目的:观察宫腔镜手术联合苍附导痰汤加减治疗痰湿夹瘀型的子宫内膜息肉合并不孕患者的生殖预后情况及中医证候评分的改变。方法:选取本院2016年1月2日-2017年1月5日收治的子宫内膜息肉合并不孕患者80例作为研究对象,按照电脑随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组患者实施宫腔镜治疗,观察组患者在宫腔镜治疗后采用苍附导痰汤加减治疗,将两组患者治疗效果进行对比。结果:观察组的痰湿夹瘀型的子宫内膜息肉合并不孕患者随访1年后的妊娠率75.00%高于对照组65.00%,但两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组脉象(8.21±1.01)分、腹痛(7.28±2.11)分、经质(8.01±1.01)分、舌象评分(9.21±0.11)分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:宫腔镜手术联合苍附导痰汤加减治疗痰湿夹瘀型的子宫内膜息肉合并不孕患者取得显著效果,不仅能改善患者生殖预后,还能提高女性患者妊娠率,改善患者中医证候,值得应用。

Objective:To observe the changes of reproductive prognosis and TCM syndrome scores in patients with endometrial polyps and infertility treated with hysteroscopic surgery combined with Cangfu Daotan Decoction.Method:A total of 80 patients with endometrial polyps and infertility were selected from January 2,2016 to January 5,2017 as the subjects.According the randomly computer method,they were divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group.The control group underwent hysteroscopic treatment,the observation group underwent hysteroscopic treatment with Cangfu Daotan Decoction.The treatment effects of two groups were compared.Result:After 1 year follow-up,the pregnancy rate of observation group was 75.00%higher than control group of 65.00%but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of pulse condition,abdominal pain,permeabilia and tongue image in observation group was respectively(8.21±1.01),(7.28±2.11),(8.01±1.01)and(9.21±0.11)score were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hysteroscopic surgery combined with Cangfu Daotan Decoction for the treatment of phlegm-stained endometrial polyps with infertility has achieved remarkable results,not only can improve the reproductive prognosis of patients,but also improve the pregnancy rate of female patients and improve the patients'Chinese medicine.The syndrome is worth of applying.
