快速康复外科理念在脊柱微创手术围手术期护理中的应用研究

Application of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgery Concept in Perioperative Nursing of Minimally Invasive Surgery of Spine

目的:探讨脊柱微创手术围手术期引入快速康复外科理念临床价值。方法:选择脊柱微创手术患者62例,均为本院脊柱外科2014年1月-2017年12月收治,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组各31例。观察组于围手术期引入快速康复外科理念,对照组行常规护理,比较两组患者的疼痛程度、腰椎功能恢复程度、住院时间、并发症发生率等。结果:观察组术后疼痛评分低于对照组,腰椎功能评分高于对照组,住院时间少于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脊柱微创外科手术围手术期引入快速康复外科理念,可显著缓解疼痛,促进腰椎功能恢复,缩短病程,提高手术安全性。

Objective:To investigate the clinical value of the introduction of rapid rehabilitation surgery in the perioperative period of minimally invasive surgery of the spine.Method:Sixty-two patients with minimally invasive surgery were selected.All of them were admitted to our Department of Spine Surgery from January 2014 to December 2017.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into two groups,31 cases in each group.The observation group was given the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery during the perioperative period,the control group was given routine care.The pain level,degree of lumbar function recovery,length of hospital stay,complication rate of two groups were compared.Result:The postoperative pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the lumbar function score was higher than that of the control group,the hospitalization time was lower than that of the control group,and the complication rate was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The introduction of rapid rehabilitation surgery in the perioperative period of spinal micro surgery can significantly relieve pain,promote the recovery of lumbar function,shorten the course of disease and improve the safety of surgery.
