摘要
高速电梯由于隧道气动效应,气动阻力对轿厢的升降平稳运行会产生较大的影响。工程研究发现轿厢及电梯井道的几何结构是影响电梯气动阻力的重要因素。本文拟采用计算流体力学方法,研究影响高速电梯气动阻力的主要因素,设计轿厢气动附加装置对其空气动力学性能进行改进,并通过仿真验证了改进的有效性。为高速电梯的设计和研发提供了有效的工具。
Due to the tunnel aerodynamic effect,the aerodynamic resistance of high-speed elevator has a great influence on the smooth operation of the lift car.It is found in engineering studies that the geometric structure of the lift car and elevator well is an important factor affecting the aerodynamic resistance of the elevator.In this paper,the computational fluid dynamics(CFD)method is adopted to study the main factors affecting the aerodynamic resistance of high-speed elevators,and the aerodynamic performance of the lift car is improved by designing the aerodynamic additional device,and the effectiveness of the improvement is verified by simulation.It provides an effective tool for the design and development of high-speed elevator.
