关于方家山核电常规岛除氧器改造的讨论 被引量:1

摘要 除氧器是电站运行的中不可或缺的设备之一,其对于给水供应的持续性和可靠性具有关键的作用。其性能将直接影响电站的安全稳定运行。方家山核电站除氧器是参照参考核电站,以及火电站的除氧器运行经验后进行相关改进设计后,国内核电站首例仅利用沸腾管除氧的除氧器。其成功应用将会简化系统和运行操作,并提升经济效益。但是由于在制造过程中的种种问题导致其不能很好的满足核电站整体启动的要求,故由华东电力设计院、上海电气集团电站辅机厂、调试共同讨论进行相关的改造。经过多个方案的讨论,比较每一个方案的优缺点和相应的施工难度,以及对调试进度的影响,最终选择增加除氧再循环泵的方案。 Deaerator is one of the indispensable equipment in the nuclear plant operating process,it plays a key role in water supplying continuity and reliability.Whether it function well determines the power plant can operate safely and steady.The Fangjiashan nuclear power plant deaerator is the first case in China which only use boiling tube to deoxidizing after improving design refer to the reference nuclear power plant and thermal power station.If it successfully applied will decrease some equipment and operation control,and improve the economic benefit of the plant in addition.However,it can not satisfy the demand of nuclear power plant initial starting as there are so many problem in the process of construction,so the Fangjiashan commissioning department of CNNO ask the designer(EPEPDI[中国电力工程顾问集团华东电力设计院])and manufacturer[上海电气集团电站辅机厂]to reconstruct the deaerator.After discussion and consideration of advantage,disadvantage,and the implement difficulty of each scheme,The Fangjiashan commissioning department of CNNO finally choose to add a deoxygenated recirculating pump for the deaerator.Structural.
