独立学院“双师型”教师认定标准研究

摘要 "双师型"教师队伍的建设是独立学院改革人才培养体制,提升办学质量,培养应用技术型的人才迫切需要,然而对于"双师型"教师认定的量化指标研究较少。针对独立学院的现状及发展要求,立足新乡医学院三全学院,提出职业道德、基础教学和科研实践3个方面及助教、讲师、教授3个层次,构建独立学院"双师型"教师的认定体系。 The construction of"double-qualified"teachers is to reform the personnel training system,improve the quality of running schools and train independent colleges.There is an urgent need for applied technical talents,but there is little research on the quantitative indicators of"double-qualified"teachers.In view of the current situation and development requirements of independent colleges,based on the Sanquan College of Xinxiang Medical University,this paper puts forward three aspects of professional ethics,basic teaching and scientific research practice,and three levels of assistants,lecturers and professors to build the identification system of"double-qualified"teachers in independent colleges.
