基于教师资格面试的小学教育专业课程建设策略

摘要 当前小学教育专业的课程建设,由于存在教师教育类基础课程设计过于理论化、教师教育类课程与学科类课程缺乏整合、教育实践类课程设计粗糙、面试相关选修课程缺失等问题,与小学教师资格面试的需求存在差距。基于小学教师资格面试的需要,本研究提出改进课程建设的四大策略,即增强教师教育类基础课程的应用性设计、构建模块化师范课程体系、优化教育实践类课程的设计与指导、精心设计面试相关的选修课程。 At present,the curriculum construction of primary school education specialty has some problems,such as the over-theoretical design of basic curriculum of teacher education,the lack of integration of teacher education curriculum and subject curriculum,the rough design of educational practice curriculum,the lack of elective courses related to interview,and so on.There is a gap between the curriculum construction of primary school education specialty and the requirement of primary school teacher qualification interview.Based on the needs of primary school teachers’qualification interview,this study proposes four strategies to improve curriculum construction,that is,to enhance the applied design of basic courses of teacher education,to construct modular normal curriculum system,to optimize the design and guidance of practical courses of education,and to carefully design elective courses related to interview.
