2016-2017年广州某三甲医院出院病人疾病分布和病源分析

Analysis of discharged patients disease distribution and source between in 2016 to 2017

目的:分析出院病人的病种和地域来源,从而有利于医院合理配置医疗资源,实行可持续发展。方法:对广州某三甲医院2016-2017年出院病人进行分析。结果:185773例出院病人中,以影响健康状态和与保健机构接触的因素入院的病人居首(23. 5%),其次为章节肿瘤(13. 1%),第三是消化系统疾病(8. 6%)。广州市内病人33. 9%,广东省内(除广州) 47. 1%,省外19. 0%。结论:重视广州市病人,有针对性打造临床重点专科,提升临床技术水平和服务态度吸引广东省及省外病人来院就医。

Objective Analysis of the discharged patients disease and source,Thus the hospital can conducive to the rational allocation of medical resources,and carry out sustainable development.Methods From 2012 to 2013 discharged patients were analyzed.Results There were 185773 cases of discharged patients,with the factors influencing health status and contact with the health care organization in hospital patients(23.5%),followed by tumor(13.1%),the third for digestive system diseases(8.6%).33.9%were from Guangzhou.47.1%were from Guangdong province except(Guangzhou).19.0%were form other provinces.Conclusion Attaches great importance to the patient in Guangzhou,targeted to build clinical key specialty,ascension clinical technical level,and improving the service attitude for attracting more patients to our hospital.
