The safety management of the manufacturing process is an important part of the production management of the manufacturing enterprise.It has a great significance to study an effective safety management method to prevent the occurrence of safety problems,improve the safety management level and promote the healthy development of enterprises.Based on the safety management work in the AP1000 IHP Tripod manufacturing,this paper proposes a five-words safety management method that“observe and analyze the questions and make corrective action and execution and experience feedback”through detailed analysis and discussion.It has certain reference for the subsequent safety management of manufacturing enterprises.
