新形势下军校教员实战化教学能力建设研究

Research on the Construction of Actual Combat Teaching Ability of Military Academy Teachers under the New Situation

实战化教学是军队院校培养"能打胜仗"军事人才的根本保证,加强军队院校教员实战化教学能力建设,是提高军队院校实战化教学质量的关键所在。针对当前军队院校教员教学能力与实战化教学要求不相匹配的现象,详细分析了实战化教学对教员教学能力素质提出的新要求,总结归纳了新形势下教员实战化教学能力建设存在的问题,提出了加强教员实战化教学能力建设的建议措施。

Actual combat teaching is the fundamental guarantee for military academies to train militray talents who are competent to fight to win,strengthening the construction of the actual combat teaching ability of teachers in military academies,which is the key to improving the actual combat teaching quality of military academies.In view of the phenomenon that military academies faculty's teaching ablity does not match the actual combat teaching request in currenty,this paper analyzing the new requirements of actual combat teaching for faculty's teaching ability and quality in detail,and summarizing the problems existing in the construction of actual combat teaching ability of teachers under the new situation,putting forward some suggestions for enhancing the construction of actual combat teaching ability of teachers.
