摘要 针对电网中存在的稳态以及暂态谐波污染,提出了小波包变换与快速傅里叶变换相结合的检测方法。通过小波包变换,把系统中的谐波信号分解到各对应的频带当中,依据所得频带的波形来确定谐波扰动发生的起止时刻,并结合快速傅里叶变换突出的幅频分析能力,确定系统谐波的相位、幅值、频率以及谐波的时域信息。通过仿真验证了方法的可行性,同时表明方法可以准确对稳态以及暂态谐波信号中的时频特性进行分析。 To solve the problem of steady-state and transient harmonic pollution in the power grid, this paper proposed a detection method combining wavelet packet transform and Fast Fourier Transform (FFT). Through wavelet packet transform, harmonic signals in the system were decomposed into corresponding frequency bands. According to the waveform of the obtained frequency band, one could determine the start-stop time of harmonic disturbance. Furthermore, outstanding amplitude-frequency analysis capability of FFT was used to determine the phase, amplitude, frequency and time domain information of the system harmonics. Simulation verified the feasibility of the proposed approach, and indicated that it could accurately analyze the time-frequency characteristic of steady-state and transient harmonic signals.
