电极尺寸及排列结构对全织物投射式电容触摸垫触摸性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以镀银导电织物为电极,棉织物为覆盖层和中间介质层,组成全织物投射式电容触摸垫,考察电极宽度、电极间隙及电极宽度/电极间隙比值对全织物投射式电容触摸垫的电容相对变化率的影响。结果表明,全织物投射式电容触摸垫的电容相对变化率随电极宽度增大逐渐减小,随电极间隙改变基本无变化,且电极宽度/电极间隙比值最佳为3/2,此时电容相对变化率最大。 The full-fabric projected capacitive touch pads were formed with silver-plated fabric as the electrode as well as cotton fabric as the covering layer and the intermediate medium layer. The influences of electrode width, electrode gap and ratio of electrode width to electrode gap on the relative change rate of capacitance of the full-fabric projected capacitive touch pads were investigated. The results showed that the relative change rate of capacitance of the full-fabric projected capacitive touch pads gradually decreased with the electrode width increased, and didn t change with the electrode gap changed. Moreover, the ratio of electrode width to electrode gap was preferably 3/2, and at this moment, the relative change rate of capacitance was maximum.
