Collaborative Innovation of Big Data in the United States and Its Enlightenment

[目的/意义]通过探究大数据协同创新动因与内涵,剖析美国大数据协同创新主要措施与特点,对我国实施大数据战略、加速数字经济发展具有启示。[方法/过程]通过对美国白宫、国家科学基金会、国家科学与技术委员会等网站上相关文件与数据收集,对美国大数据协同创新措施进行梳理归纳、分析与评价。[结果/结论]以政府为主导,构建大数据协同创新生态体系,基于网络平台的协同创新有助于大数据价值实现,提出对我国发展大数据战略的启示。

[Purpose/Significance]By studying the motivation and meaning of collaborative innovation of big data, this paper analyzes the main measures and characteristics of it in the U.S. and provides some inspiration for implementing big data strategy and accelerating the development of digital economy in China.[Method/Process]Through collecting the documents and data from the websites of the White House, the National Science Foundation and the National Science and Technology Commission, it analyzes and evaluates the collaborative innovation measures of the U.S. big data.[Result/Conclusion]Taking government as the leading factor, constructing the ecological system of collaborative innovation, the collaborative innovation based on the network platform is helpful to realize the value of big data. All the measures enlighten the development strategy for big data in China.
