藏族新生心理适应问题及对策——以宣城职业技术学院藏族学生为例

Study on Problems of Psychological Adaptability of Tibetan Freshmen and the Countermeasures——A case study of Tibetan students in Xuancheng vocational and technical college

结合宣城职业技术学院实际,针对藏族新生入学时的心理状态和心理适应问题的表现,提出通过加强教育与预防、资助育人、文化育人、制度建设等策略解决藏族新生心理适应问题,增强藏族新生心理素质,提高藏族新生适应环境的能力。

Based on the actual situation of Xuancheng vocational and technical college and the performance of the psychological state and psychological adaptability of the Tibetan freshmen at the beginning of their entrance,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to strengthen education and prevention,subsidize and educate people,educate people through culture and system construction and other strategies to solve the psychological adaptability of Tibetan freshmen,to enhance the psychological quality of Tibetan freshmen,and to improve the ability of Tibetan freshmen to adapt to the environment.
