新时代产教融合下高职会计人才培养策略分析

Analysis on the Training Strategy of Accounting Talents in Higher Vocational Education Based on Integration of Production and Education in the New Era

新时代高职院校培养的会计人才要符合新经济发展条件下的市场需求,要具有更强的市场适应性、针对性、个性化和创新性,因而要充分发挥企业在高职院校会计人才培养中的重要作用。高职院校的会计人才培养策略中要有企业深度参与,让企业参与到日常教学和实习实训中来且成为常态,积极开展技能竞赛等工学交替活动,让企业的专家成为活动的评判者,以企业需求为主导变革教学模式,改变教学方法,更新高职院校会计人才的考核评价机制,引入企业等多方面评价主体参与。同时,高职院校要注意适时更新会计人才培养质量评价标准和指标,建立健全监督反馈机制,要有科学的评价方法。

In the new era,the accounting talents cultivated by higher vocational colleges should meet the market demand under the conditions of new economy development,with stronger market adaptability,pertinence,personality and innovation. So the important corpus function should be given full play to the enterprises in the cultivation of accounting talents of higher vocational colleges. The training strategy of accounting talents in higher vocational colleges should involve deep participation of enterprises. Firstly,enterprises should participate in the daily teaching and practical training normally;secondly,more learning and work experience activities such as skill competitions should be implemented,and experts from the enterprises are the judges of these activities;thirdly,dominated by the demands of enterprises,teaching models should be reformed as well as teaching methods;fourthly,examination and evaluation mechanism of accounting talents in higher vocational colleges should be updated,and multi-aspect principal parts participation should be introduced to enterprises. At the same time,higher vocational colleges should pay attention to the timely updating of evaluation criteria and index of accounting talents training quality,the establishment and perfection of supervision and feedback mechanism with scientific evaluation methods.
