摘要 为探究Sasobit温拌剂对沥青高低温性能的影响,采用动态剪切流变仪(DSR)和低温弯曲流变仪(BBR)试验对掺入Sasobit的沥青胶浆进行试验研究,分析了Sasobit温拌剂对沥青胶浆高低温流变性能的影响。试验结果表明:Sasobit可以显著提高沥青胶浆的复数模量,减小沥青的相位角,有效改善了沥青胶浆的粘弹性,且掺入温拌剂时粉胶比越大,复合模量越大,高温性能越好。同时,Sasobit会使沥青胶浆的低温劲度模量升高,蠕变斜率降低,影响沥青胶浆的低温性能。 In order to study the effects of Sasobit on high and low temperature properties of asphalt mastic, the dynamic shear rheological (DSR) and bend binder rheological (BBR) were used to test the asphalt paste with Sasobit and analyze the effect of Sasobit on the rheological properties of asphalt paste. The test results demonstrate that Sasobit can significantly improve the complex modulus and reduce the phase angle of asphalt mastic.When Sasobit is added, with the increase of F/A, complex modulus of asphalt mastic raise gradually, and it’s high temperature stability is also improved. At the same time, Sasobit will increase the low temperature stiffness modulus of the asphalt mastic, while the creep slope will decrease, resulting in a decrease in low temperature crack resistance.
