探讨监控录像两轮车事故驾乘关系鉴定中的应用及依据,为两轮车事故的立案、定责、赔偿和处罚等一系列工作提供技术支持。
This paper discusses the application and basis of the surveillance Videoin the identification of the driving relationship of the two-wheeler accident, and to provide technical support for a series of work such as filing, liability, compensation and punishment of the two-wheeler accident.
