在现有公路工程造价指数体系的基础上,探讨了工程造价指数体系的编制原则及范围、权数和基期的确定、公路工程造价指数体系的分级,并基于公路工程造价指数经典编制模型,建立和分析了中心逼近式GM(1,1)模型。

Based on the existing highway engineering cost index system, this paper discusses the principles and scope of the construction cost index system, the determination of the weight and base period, and the classification of the highway engineering cost index system. The classical model of highway engineering cost index is compiled, and the central approximation GM(1,1) model is established and analyzed.
