高职院校顶岗实习是学生以实习的形式在企业进行学习,极其重要但管理难度大,极具价值但利用难度大。在分析高职学生顶岗实习的管理矛盾的基础上,剖析高职院校学生顶岗实习管理的需求,结合常州信息职业技术学院运用"习讯云"进行顶岗实习管理的实践经验,全面介绍了"习讯云"的应用功能及发展方向。

The post internship in higher vocational colleges is a form by which students complete their studies in enterprises. It is extremely important and valuable, but has management difficulties. Based on the analysis of the management contradiction of post internship of higher vocational students, this paper analyzes the needs of post internship management. At the same time, combined with the practical experience of Changzhou College of Information Technology in the use of an app called "Xixun Yun" for post intership management, this paper comprehensively introduces the application function and development direction of "Xixun Yun".
