语言是辅导员与学生思想和心灵交流的重要桥梁,是辅导员工作顺利开展的基石。在现实生活中,辅导员语言陷入表达不清、内蕴不深、转化不当、特性不足等诸多困境,阻碍了教育进程,制约了教育成效。辅导员必须加快推进语言的转向,使语言的底蕴更深、特性更强、情感更丰富和表达更动人。

Language is an important bridge between counselors and students in their ideological and spiritual exchanges, and the cornerstone for the smooth development of counselors' work. In real life, the counselor's language is plunged into many difficulties such as unclear expression, incompleteness, improper transformation, and insufficient characteristics, which have hindered the educational process and restricted the effectiveness of education. Counselors must accelerate the shift of language to make the language richer, more powerful, more emotional and more expressive.
