血根碱对中华鳖生长和体组成及血清指标的影响 被引量:2

Effects of sanguinarine on growth, body composition, and serum biochemical indices of Pelodiscus sinensis

摘要 将480只中华鳖分为4组,每组3个重复,分别投喂对照(对照)或分别添加含50、100、150 mg/kg的血根碱制剂的试验饲料,试验期75 d,研究血根碱对中华鳖生长、体成分和血清指标的影响。结果表明:饲料中血根碱添加量为50、100 mg/kg的中华鳖的成活率显著高于添加量为150 mg/kg和对照的;添加量为50、100 mg/kg的中华鳖的饲料系数显著低于对照的;添加量为50mg/kg的中华鳖的肌肉中鲜味氨基酸总量比对照的提高1.7mg/g,但差异无统计学意义;随着饲料中血根碱的添加量增加,中华鳖体组成中粗蛋白的占比呈先增加后降低的趋势,添加量为50 mg/kg的中华鳖体组成中粗蛋白的占比显著高于添加量为150 mg/kg和对照的;随着饲料中血根碱的添加量增加,中华鳖血清中的葡萄糖含量呈先降低后升高的趋势,添加量为50、100 mg/kg的中华鳖血清中葡萄糖含量显著低于添加量为150 mg/kg和对照的;添加量为50 mg/kg的中华鳖血清中碱性磷酸酶活性显著高于对照的,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性显著高于其他处理;添加量为50、100 mg/kg的中华鳖血清中谷草转氨酶活性显著低于对照的。可见,在本试验条件下,基础饲料中添加50~100 mg/kg血根碱较为适宜。 480 Pelodiscus sinensis(Chinese softshell turtles) were divided into 4 groups with 3 repeats in each group. These groups were then fed with a trial feed including no additions(CK), 50, 100 and 150 mg/kg sanguinarine respectively for 75 d in a bid to investigate the impacts of sanguinarine on their growth, body compositions and serum indexes. The results showed that the survival rates of the 50, 100 mg/kg groups were significantly higher than that of the 150 mg/kg group and CK. And the feed coefficients of the 50, 100 mg/kg groups were significantly lower than that of CK. The total amount the umami amino acids in turtle's muscles in the 50 mg/kg group increased 1.7 mg/kg in contrast to CK. Furthermore, with the increase of the addition of sanguinarine in the feed, the ratio of crude protein in the body composition of Pelodiscus sinensis tended to increase first and then decrease. Specifically, the ratio of crude protein of the 50 mg/kg group was significantly higher than that of that of 150 mg/kg group and CK. Meanwhile, the glucose content in the serum of Pelodiscus sinensis tended to increase first and then decrease with the addition of sanguinarine. The glucose contents in the 50, 100 mg/kg groups were significantly lower than that of the 150 mg/kg group and CK. Moreover, the activity of alkaline phosphatase in the 50 mg/kg group was significantly higher than that of CK, and the activity of glutathione peroxidase in the 50 mg/kg group was significantly higher than that of the rest three groups. The activity of aspartate aminotransferase in the 50, 100 mg/kg groups were significantly lower than that of CK. In summary under the condition of this study, it suggests that it would be more suitable to add 50-100 mg/kg sanguinarine in the basic feed of Pelodiscus sinensis.
