纺丝工艺是重要的工业化过程,其产品应用范围涉及纺织品、非织造布和绝缘材料。典型的纺丝工艺为熔融材料经毛细管挤出并在空气中凝固。纺丝工艺是纤维和长丝生产的关键步骤,计算机模拟可用来优化纺丝工艺。在德国弗劳恩霍夫ITWM研究所进行的模拟结果示出了3个不同的案例。
Spinning processes are important industrial processes with applications ranging from textiles to nonwovens and insulation materials. In a typical process the molten material exits capillaries and is solidified in the surrounding air. The spinning process is the crucial step in the production of fibers and filaments. Computer simulations can be used to optimize spinning processes. Results of simulations performed at Fraunhofer ITWM, Kaiserslautern/Germany are shown for 3 different examples.
