摘要 目的探讨基于MOOC的混合式教学在生殖医学中的应用形式、效果以及学生的满意程度,以期提高学生的学习质量。方法生殖课程学生分为MOOC混合教学组(n=160)及传统教学组(n=34),考核两组学习成绩并针对混合式教学组给予MOOC满意度调查;相关性分析考核成绩与满意度的关系。结果 (1)与传统教学组相比,混合教学组学生期末考核平均成绩[(91.53±8.23)分vs.(87.55±9.16)分]及成绩优良率(64.38%vs. 41.18%)均显著增高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。(2)混合教学组学生对慕课课程"学习时间可自主控制""培养自主学习能力""能达到传统教学模式"几个维度教学模式满意度较高,而"互动性及同学间交流"满意度一般;其中"促学"及"慕课学习效果满意度"与慕课学习成绩正相关(P <0.05),后者对慕课学习成绩影响最大,标准化回归系数为0.326。理工科学生对慕课满意度高于文科学生(P <0.05)。结论基于MOOC的混合式教学有助于提高生殖医学课程成绩及学生满意度,提高教学效果。 Objective To discuss the application form,method and effect of blending learning based on MOOC in reproductive medicine course,so as to improve learning quality.Methods Undergraduates select“Environmental change and human fertility”class were divided into two groups,the blended teaching and learning group as the experimental group(n=160)and the traditional teaching group as the control group(n=34).Academic performance was assessed and MOOC satisfaction surveys were given for the blended teaching and learning group,and analyzed the relationship between performance and satisfaction.Results(1)Compared with the traditional teaching group,the average score[(91.53±8.23)points vs.(87.55±9.16)points and the excellent and good rate(64.38%vs.41.18%)of the students in the blended teaching and learning group increased significantly(P<0.05).(2)The blended teaching and learning group students are more satisfied with the teaching modes of"learning time can be controlled independently","cultivating self-learning ability"and"reaching the traditional teaching mode",while they are generally satisfied with"interaction and communication between classmates".Among them,"promoting learning"and"satisfaction with learning effect"are positively correlated with the learning achievement of the course(P<0.05).The latter has the greatest impact on the learning performance of MOOC course,and the standardized regression coefficient was 0.326.The satisfaction degree of science and engineering students was higher than that of liberal arts students(P<0.05).Conclusion Blended teaching and learning based on MOOC can be applied to reproductive medicine course,which can effectively improve learning quality and enhance students'performance,with satisfactory teaching effects to both teachers and students.
