羟考酮和右美托咪定在老年椎体成形术的效果

The Effect of Oxycodone and Dexmedetomidine in Elderly Vertebroplasty

目的探究羟考酮和右美托咪定在老年椎体成形术的效果。方法以舒芬太尼联合右美托咪定麻醉组(n=31)和羟考酮联合右美托咪定麻醉组(n=33)的形式将我院收治的64例行椎体成形术的老年患者进行分组,进而对两组患者麻醉后的效果进行比较。结果羟考酮联合右美托咪定麻醉组的不良反应发生率为9.09%,低于舒芬太尼联合右美托咪定麻醉组的不良反应发生率(25.81%),羟考酮联合右美托咪定麻醉组麻醉效果优良率高于舒芬太尼联合右美托咪定麻醉组,右美托咪定使用量少于舒芬太尼联合右美托咪定麻醉组,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论将羟考酮联合右美托咪定用于老年患者椎体成形术的麻醉工作之中,不仅拥有着良好的麻醉效果,同时也有利于避免患者受到不良反应的影响,拥有着良好的效果。

Objective To explore the effect of oxycodone and dexmedetomidine on vertebroplasty in elderly patients.Methods 64 elderly patients undergoing vertebroplasty in our hospital were divided into sufentanil combined with dexmedetomidine anesthesia group(n=31)and oxycodone combined with dexmedetomidine anesthesia group(n=33).The effects of anesthesia were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in oxycodone combined with dexmedetomidine anesthesia group was 9.09%,which was significantly lower than that in sufentanil combined with dexmedetomidine anesthesia group(25.81%).The excellent and good rate of anesthesia effect in oxycodone combined with dexmedetomidine anesthesia group was higher than that in sufentanil combined with dexmedetomidine anesthesia group and the dosage of dexmedetomidine was less than sufentanil combined with dexmedetomidine anesthesia group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Oxycodone combined with dexmedetomidine in anesthesia for vertebroplasty in elderly patients not only has a good anesthetic effect,but also helps to avoid the adverse reactions of patients,with a good effect.
