显微斜视矫正手术与传统手术治疗斜视临床疗效比较

Clinical Efficacy of Microsurgery and Traditional Surgery for Strabismus

目的观察显微斜视矫正手术与传统手术治疗斜视的临床效果。方法选取2015年1月—2018年3月本院收治的斜视患者210例(230眼)作为研究对象,分组原则以入院顺序奇偶性为主,将其分对照组(105例,115眼),给予传统手术治疗,试验组(105例,115眼),给予显微斜视矫正治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、眼表症状评分和眼表指数。结果试验组临床总有效率(96.52%)较对照组(89.57%)高,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);手术前1个月,试验组眼表症状评分、眼表指数,与对照组相比,差异不具有统计学意义(P> 0.05);手术后6个月,两组患者的上述指标降低,且试验组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论显微斜视矫正术临床疗效突出,较传统手术更利于眼表症状恢复,眼表指数理想。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of microsurgery and traditional surgery for strabismus.Methods 210 strabismus patients(230 eyes)admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to March 2018 were selected as the study subjects.The principle of grouping was parity of admission sequence.The patients were divided into control group(105 cases,115 eyes)and given traditional surgical treatment.The experimental group(105 cases,115 eyes)was treated with microscopic strabismus correction.The clinical efficacy,ocular surface symptom score and ocular surface number were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group(96.52%)was higher than that of the control group(89.57%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).1 month before operation,there was no significant difference in ocular surface symptom score and ocular surface index between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).6 months after operation,the above indicators of the two groups were lower,and the experimental group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical curative effect of microsurgical strabismus correction is more favorable than traditional surgery,which is more conducive to the recovery of ocular surface symptoms.The ideal ocular surface index is ideal for treating strabismus.
