布地奈德联合治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎疗效观察

Efficacy of Budesonide in the Treatment of Chronic Rhinosinusitis

目的探讨慢性鼻-鼻窦炎给予布地奈德联合克拉霉素治疗的临床效果。方法选取2015年10月—2018年10月我院收治的慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者共65例作为研究对象。采用随机抽签法,将其分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=35)。对照组给予克拉霉素治疗,观察组联合给予布地奈德治疗。比较两组患者的嗅觉检测(CCCRC)测试结果及黏膜组织重整的水平、效果。结果治疗前,两组患者的CCCRC评分及鼻窦CT评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的CCCRC评分(5.84±2.30)分,高于对照组的(5.05±1.40)分,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05),观察组患者鼻窦CT、气道损伤程度较轻,基底膜无明显增厚,转化生长因子β1灰度值均大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德联合克拉霉素治疗鼻-鼻窦炎能促进黏膜组织重塑,缓解临床症状,取得理想的疗效。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of budesonide combined with clarithromycin in the treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis.Methods A total of 65 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis admitted to our hospital from October 2015 to October 2018 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=35).The control group was treated with clarithromycin and the observation group was treated with budesonide.The results of olfactory test(CCCRC)and the level and effect of mucosal tissue remodeling were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in CCCRC score and sinus CT score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the CCCRC score of the observation group[(5.84±2.30)points]was higher than that of the control group[(5.05±1.40)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of nasal sinus CT and airway injury in the observation group was slight,and the basement membrane was not significantly thicker and transformed.The grey value of long factorβ1 was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Budesonide combined with clarithromycin in the treatment of rhinosinusitis can promote the remodeling of mucosal tissue,alleviate clinical symptoms,achieve ideal curative effect.
