强化护理对STBI术后患者下肢DVT发生率的影响

The Effect of Intensive Nursing on the Incidence of Lower Extremity DVT in Patients After STBI

目的探讨强化护理干预对重症颅脑损伤(STBI)术后昏迷患者下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)发生率的影响。方法选取96例STBI术后昏迷患者作为研究对象。依据入院时间的不同,将其分为研究组(n=48)与对照组(n=48)。对照组给予常规护理干预;研究组在常规护理基础上,采用强化护理干预。统计对比两组下肢DVT发生率、下肢静脉指标(腘静脉及股静脉血流速度、下肢DVT直径)。结果护理后,研究组腘静脉、股静脉血流速度均高于对照组,下肢DVT直径小于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组下肢DVT发生率为2.08%(1/48),低于对照组的20.83%(10/48),差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论强化护理干预应用于STBI术后昏迷患者能促进患者下肢血液循环,有效降低下肢DVT发生率。

Objective To investigate the effect of intensive nursing intervention on the incidence of deep venous thrombosis(DVT)in patients with coma after severe craniocerebral injury(STBI).Methods 96 patients with coma after STBI were selected as the study subjects.According to the time of admission,they were divided into study group(n=48)and control group(n=48).The control group was given routine nursing intervention.The study group adopted intensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The incidence of DVT in lower extremities,the blood flow velocity of popliteal vein and femoral vein,and the diameter of DVT in lower extremities were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the blood flow velocity of the iliac vein and femoral vein in the study group was higher than that of the control group.The diameter of DVT in the lower limb was smaller than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of DVT in the lower limb of the study group was 2.08%(1/48)lower than that in the control group 20.83%(10/48),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intensive nursing intervention can improve the blood circulation of lower limbs in patients with coma after STBI,and effectively reduce the incidence of DVT in lower limbs.
