直肠癌术后患者造口并发症的预防及其护理体会

Prevention and Nursing Experience of Stoma Complications After Rectal Cancer Operation

目的研究探讨了对直肠癌术后患者造口并发症的预防及其护理效果。方法选取2016年8月—2018年8月至医院进行治疗的86例直肠癌术后患者作为研究对象,将患者进行随机分组,分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用综合护理干预,将两组患者的护理满意度及并发症发生情况进行比较。结果护理1个月后,观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组,组间数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患者的并发症发生率低于对照组,组间数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在对直肠癌术后患者进行护理干预时,采用综合护理可有效提高患者的护理满意度,减少造口并发症的发生几率。

Objective To study the prevention and nursing effect of stoma complications in rectal cancer patients after operation.Methods 86 patients with rectal cancer treated in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2018 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group received routine nursing.The observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The nursing satisfaction and complications of the two groups were compared.Results One month after nursing,the nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can effectively improve the satisfaction of patients with rectal cancer and reduce the incidence of stoma complications.
