TPD52L1(D53)蛋白在膀胱尿路上皮癌中的表达和预后

Expression and prognosis of TPD52L1(D53) protein in bladder urothelial carcinoma

目的探讨肿瘤蛋白家族D52(TPD52)的成员TPD52L1(D53)蛋白在膀胱尿路上皮癌中的表达和对预后的影响。方法采用免疫组化(二步法)检测TPD52L1在72例膀胱尿路上皮癌中的表达,分析TPD52L1表达水平与膀胱尿路上皮癌预后的相关性。结果膀胱尿路上皮癌组织中TPD52L1蛋白表达水平显着高于正常膀胱尿路上皮组织。Kaplan-Meier法单因素生存分析表明,膀胱尿路上皮癌疾病特异性生存期与TPD52L1表达强度有明显相关性(P<0.001,Log Rank检验),Cox回归多因素生存分析表明TPD52L1的高表达是膀胱尿路上皮癌疾病特异性死亡的独立危险因素(HR=3.073,P=0.034)。结论膀胱尿路上皮癌组织中TPD52L1表达明显高于正常膀胱尿路上皮组织。并且随着其表达水平的增高,其疾病特异性死亡率上升,TPD52L1的高表达是膀胱尿路上皮癌预后的独立危险因素。

Objective To find the expression of TPD52 L1(D53)protein which as a member of tumor protein family D52(TPD52)in bladder urothelial carcinoma and its impact on prognosis.Methods Immunohistochemistry(two steps)was used to analyze the expression of TPD52 L1 in 72 cases of bladder urothelial carcinoma,and analyzed the correlation between the expression level of TPD52 L1 and the prognosis of bladder urothelial carcinoma.Results The expression level of TPD52 L1 protein in bladder urothelial carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal urothelial tissue.Univariate survival analysis by Kaplan-Meier showed that the disease specific survival of bladder urothelial carcinoma was significantly correlated with the expression intensity of TPD52 L1(P<0.001,Log Rank test).Multivariate survival analysis using Cox regression showed that the high expression of TPD52 L1 was an independent risk factor for disease specific death in bladder urothelial carcinoma(HR=3.073,P=0.034).Conclusion The expression of TPD52 L1 in bladder urothelial carcinoma is significantly higher than that in normal bladder tissue.Moreover,with the increase of its expression level,its disease specific mortality increases,high expression of TPD52 L1 is an independent risk factor for the prognosis of bladder urothelial carcinoma.
