中央歌剧院SRC梁浇筑过程中高大模板支架承担荷载比例研究 被引量:2

Study on Load Bearing Ratio of High Falsework for Supporting SRC Beam During Concrete Placement in Central Opera Theatre Project

摘要 以中央歌剧院剧场工程为背景,以浇筑期北侧屋面SRC梁及其高达33. 43m的支撑体系为对象,从试验测试和理论分析2个方面对承担荷载比例进行研究。对屋面SRC梁中型钢的应变和模板支架中立杆的应变与变形进行测试,发现型钢参与受力,中部立杆承担的混凝土荷载不足按承载面积法计算值的40%;在理论分析方面,提出初凝状态屋面SRC梁及其支撑体系的有限元建模方法,将有限元结果与实测值进行对比,通过仿真计算获得型钢和模板支架各自分担混凝土荷载的比例,同时还发现搭设高度对模板支架承担混凝土荷载的比例有显著影响,随着搭设高度的增加,模板支架承担荷载的比例将会降低。 Taking Central Opera Theatre project as the background,the SRC beam during concrete placement and its supporting falsework up to 33.43 m are taken as the objects,and the load bearing ratio is studied from both experimental test and theoretical analysis.The strain of the shaped steel in the SRC roof beam,the strain and deformation of the falsework are tested.It is found that the steel is stressed,and the concrete load carried by the middle shore is less than 40%of the calculated value of the bearing area method.In the aspect of theoretical analysis,a finite element modeling method of initially condensed SRC roof beam is proposed.The proportion of concrete load between shaped steel and falsework shore is obtained by simulation calculation,and compared with the measured value.At the same time,it is also found that the height of the falsework has a significant influence on the load bearing ratio.As the height of the falsework increases,the load bearing ratio will decrease.
