摘要
通过对全球最高的单体索幕墙,即上海国际金融中心上交所大楼115m跨度的竖索张拉过程进行研究,分析了带有固定索幕墙开窗钢板的竖索,以及该钢板与竖索结合在一起对竖索张拉过程控制带来的复杂影响因素,介绍了利用竖索的线弹性理论和胡克定律相结合的竖索变形值计算和不同预张力作用下竖索变形的差值分析,解决了超高跨度拉索幕墙竖索及其上部构件精准张拉控制的难点。
This paper researches the world’s the highest single cable curtain wall of Shanghai International Financial Center Shanghai Stock Exchange Building 115 meters span of vertical cable tensioning process,analyzes vertical cable with the standing wire curtain wall window steel,and the complex influence factors controlled by steel plate with the vertical cable together to the vertical cable tensioning process.This paper introduces the calculation of the deformation value of the vertical cable by using the linear elastic theory of the vertical cable and hooke’s law,and analysis on the difference of vertical cable deformation under different pretension,the difficulty of accurate tension control of the high span curtain wall and its upper components is solved.
