摘要
中国石化镇海炼化公司Ⅲ套延迟焦化装置自首次开车运行以来,焦炭塔分支进料球阀结焦、冷切焦水系统焦粉聚集、含硫污水乳化及油含量高、生产弹丸焦时焦炭塔晃动剧烈等问题,制约着装置平稳高效长周期运行。通过优化焦炭塔分支进料球阀汽封蒸汽管路、冷切焦水在进入折流池前增加一道过滤网并加强操作、含硫污水试用破乳剂、焦炭塔顶增加阻尼器等措施,焦炭塔分支进料阀内结焦现象得到改善,冷切焦水系统焦粉减少,含硫污水乳化及油含量明显好转,确保了Ⅲ套延迟焦化装置平稳高效长周期运行。
The third delayed coking unit in Sinopec Zhenhai Refining and Chemical Company was suffering some problems since initial startup,such as coking in ball valve for branch feed to coke tower,coke powder accumulation in cold coke-cut water system,sulfur-containing wastewater emulsification with high oil content,coke tower shaking violently for the formation of shot coke,which accounted for the constraints in its smooth and longterm running.By optimizing gland steam pipe of branch-feed ball valve in the coke drum,adding a filter for cold coke-cut water before entering the baffle pool and improving operation,using a demulsifier in sour wastewater,adding a damper at the top of coke tower,we have reduced the coking in the ball valve,the coke powder in cold coke-cut water,and the emulsification and oil content in sulfur-bearing wastewater,and ensured the smooth,efficient long-term running for the delayed coking unit.
