摘要 乙烯装置是石油化工生产的"龙头",其能耗高低直接影响整个化工系统经济效益。燕山石化乙烯装置是新中国第一套30万吨/年乙烯生产装置,经过两次大规模改造,乙烯生产能力已达80万t/a,装置能耗在国内同类装置中较高。通过对标乙烯行业内先进水平,综合燕山乙烯装置运行现状对能耗进行了分析,确认了优化方向并采取了相应的优化措施。通过原料结构调整、原料品质优化、裂解炉操作优化、降低蒸汽消耗、提高高附加值产品收率等措施,乙烯装置能耗大大降低,2017年装置能耗水平创5年内最佳。 The energy consumption of ethylene plant,the workhorse in petrochemical complex,has direct impact on its overall economic benefits.Yanshan ethylene plant,the first 300 kt/y ethylene plant in new China,has relatively high capacity of 800 kt/y after two expansions,but with high energy consumption among similar ethylene plants.By comparing with domestic peer advanced ethylene plants,this paper is to analyze the current energy consumption in Yanshan ethylene plant and identify the optimal directions and measures like improving feedstock mix and quality,refining cracker operation,cutting steam use and raising high-value product yield.Thus,the energy consumption of Yanshan ethylene plant has been greatly reduced,reaching its five-year best in 2017.
