摘要
介绍了RIC-200异构化催化剂在某芳烃异构化装置上的末期运行情况。通过比较异构化反应实际运行参数、运行指标和催化剂标定数据,发现当RIC-200催化剂处于运行末期时,异构化反应存在损失大、反应产物中对二甲苯含量低等问题。通过提高反应温度、调整反应压力,实现了异构化反应PX选择性和EB转化率的提高。优化后,RIC-200催化剂经济技术指标明显提升,反应产物中对二甲苯含量增加0.58百分点,相当于同等PX产品产量下,二甲苯回路循环量降低,装置能耗略有降低,可减少外购混合碳八消耗6.1t/h,装置经济效益显著。
The operation of RIC-200 isomerization catalyst at the end stage in an aromatics plant is introduced.By comparing actual operating parameters,operating indexes and calibration data of the catalyst for isomerization reaction,it is found that when the RIC-200 catalyst is at its end of operation,the isomerization reaction has a large loss and the content of the target p-xylene in reaction products is low.The optimization of isomerization reaction parameters is put forward in this paper.By increasing the reaction temperature and adjusting the reaction pressure,the PX selectivity and EB conversion rate of isomerization have been lifted.After optimization,the economic and technical index of RIC-200 catalyst has improved obviously,and the content of PX in reaction products has increased by 0.58 percentage points.This means that,under the same PX production,the optimization can reduce xylene circulation,energy use and mixed C8A(purchased)consumption,and boost economic benefit.
