摘要 介绍了中国石化荆门分公司与中国石化洛阳技术研发中心共同研发的改性莫来石陶瓷空气预热器及应用情况。改性莫来石陶瓷材料具有很强的耐酸腐蚀性能和耐磨性能,且具有良好的导热能力,适用于低温烟气与空气的换热,其导热系数为7.5 W/m·k,是普通莫来石陶瓷(导热系数为1.6 W/m·k)的4倍多,更加有利于烟气和空气的换热。最低使用温度可达85℃,可使加热炉空气余热系统在烟气露点或露点以下温度长期工作,在避免烟气露点腐蚀和回收烟气低温显热的同时,还能部分回收含酸水蒸气的汽化潜热,可使加热炉热效率进一步提高,达到深度节能的目的。改性莫来石陶瓷价格相对低廉,性价比较高。 This paper introduces the modified mullite ceramics air preheater technology developed by Sinopec Jingmen Company and SEG Luoyang Research and Development Center of Technology and its application in Jingmen Company.Modified mullite ceramics has strong corrosion resistance and wear resistance.Additionally,it has good thermal conductivity,which is suitable for heat exchange between low-temperature flue gas and air,as its thermal conductivity is 7.5W/m·k,which is four times more than that of normal mullite ceramics(thermal conductivity at 1.6W/m·k).Its minimum operating temperature is 85℃,so the air residual heat system of reheating furnace can work for a long time at or under the temperature of flue gas dew point.It can avoid the flue gas dewpoint corrosion,recover the flue gas low-temperature sensible heat,and also recover some latent heat of vaporization containing acid steam,which means thermal efficiency of the petrochemical heating furnace can be further improved and can achieve the purpose of deep energy saving.Moreover,the price of mullite ceramics is relatively low,and this technology is cost-effective.
