面向车辆平顺性的轮胎面内刚性环模型研究

摘要 当前面向平顺性分析的车辆系统建模仿真研究中,轮胎模型简化程度大,为有效反映轮胎包容滤波特性,建立包含纵向滑移理论模型和等效路面模型的轮胎面内刚性环模型。利用纵向、垂向和周向三组阻尼弹簧表征轮胎柔性特性,并建立轮胎沿垂向、纵向和周向的动力学方程;在此基础上建立1/4车模型,利用MATLAB/Simulink进行仿真研究,分析轮胎在越障过程中车体的两向振动特性以及不同轮胎模型对于车体振动的影响,为更加精确的车辆系统平顺性研究提供理论与模型基础。 At present,the tire model is very simplified in the research for modeling and simulation of vehicle system for ride comfort analysis.To effectively reflect the enveloping and filtering properties of tire,an in-plane rigid ring tire model with longitudinal slip theoretical model and enveloping characteristic model was established.The flexible tire characteristics of longitudinal,vertical and rotational damp and stiffness were used to establish the dynamic equations of the tire along the three directions.Then a quarter-vehicle model was established.The model was simulated through MATLAB/Simulink,meanwhile the two direction vibration characteristics of car body in the process of obstacle corssing and the influence of different tire models on car body vibration were analyzed in detail.This research provides a basis of theory and model for more accurate ride comfort research of vehicle system.
