探讨了高效精练去油剂M-1828A的应用性能,包括涤纶针织布与锦氨针织布的除油工艺,涤纶除油染色同浴工艺及纯棉针织物的练漂工艺。分析了M-1828A的用量、温度及酸碱条件对除油效果的影响。结果表明,M-1828A质量浓度为1 g/L时,在酸性或碱性条件下均有出色的除油效果,用于涤纶除油染色同浴工艺时,可缩短工艺流程。

Applied properties of high-performa rice scouri ng degreaser M-1828A are discussed, in eluding degreasing process of polyester knitted fabrics and nylon/spandex knitted fabrics, deoiling and dyeing process in one-bath of polyester, as well as the bleaching process of pure cotton knitted fabrics. It is said that under acidic or alkaline conditions, 1g/L M-1828A has good degreasing effect. It can shorten the degreasing and dyeing procedures of polyester in one bath.
