摘要
采用微波辅助水热法制备了NiGa_2O_4纳米粉体。用X射线衍射光谱、扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜和X射线光电子能谱等研究了反应温度、时间和沉淀pH对NiGa_2O_4的相组成以及气敏性能的影响。结果表明:微波水热下,180℃反应2 h合成晶型较好的NiGa_2O_4粉体。在pH为10、180℃反应2 h合成的NiGa_2O_4于室温下对三甲胺有较高的响应和较好选择性。对10×10^(-6)(mL/m^3)三甲胺响应值达到3.5,响应时间约为75 s,恢复时间约为45 s;最低检测限为1×10^(-6),响应值约为1.8。
NiGa2O4 nano-powder was synthesized by a microwave-assisted hydrothermal method.The effects of reaction temperature,time and pH value on the phase composition and gas sensing properties of NiGa2O4 powder were investigated by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.The results indicated that NiGa2O4 powder with a good crystal morphology could be synthesized under microwave irradiation at 180℃for 2 h.And the above synthesized NiGa2O4 nano-powder has a higher response and a good selectivity to trimethylamine at room temperature.The sensitivity of NiGa2O4 gas sensor to 10×10^-6(volume fraction)trimethylamine is 3.5,the response time is approximately 75 s;the recovery time is approximately 45 s;and the minimum detection limit to 1×10^-6 reaches 1.8.
