High temperature ductility of cast bloom of non-quenched and tempered steel 30MnVS

摘要 利用Gleeble-3800热模拟试验机测试了30Mn VS非调质钢连铸坯的高温塑性,通过扫描电镜对拉伸试样的断口进行了观察分析,并应用金相显微镜对不同测试温度断口附近显微组织进行观察,分析了各温度区域变形断裂机理。结果表明:30Mn VS非调质钢的第Ⅲ脆性温度区间为650~930℃,塑性温度区间为930~1300℃。因此,该钢连铸坯在实际矫直过程中,过矫直点温度应高于930℃。 The high temperature ductility of cast bloom of non-quenched and tempered steel 30 MnVS was determined on a Gleeble-3800 thermal simulator. The morphology of the fractures was observed by scanning electron microscopy,the microstructure near the fracture at different test temperatures was observed by metallographic microscope,and the deformation and fracture mechanism in each temperature zone was analyzed. The results show that the third temperature range of brittleness of 30 MnVS steel is in the range of 650℃ to 930℃ and the temperature range of ductility is in the range of 930 ℃ to 1300 ℃. Therefore,the straightening temperature of cast bloom of the steel should be higher than 930℃.
