Fe-Bi合金中Bi的析出行为

Bismuth precipitation behavior in Fe-Bi alloy

摘要 利用扫描电镜结合能谱分析,研究了Fe-Bi合金中Bi的析出行为以及MnS夹杂物对合金中Bi析出的影响。结果表明:Fe-0. 2%Bi合金从1600℃随炉冷却分别至1450、1150和800℃时水淬,含Bi相在晶内、晶界均有析出。而随炉冷却至室温时,含Bi相在晶界附近析出。合金基体中MnS夹杂物可作为含Bi相异质析出的有效核心。 The bismuth precipitation behavior in Fe-Bi alloy and the effect of MnS inclusion on bismuth precipitation were investigated by SEM equipped with EDS. The results show that Bi-phase is found both in grains and grain boundaries in Fe-0.2% Bi alloy,when the tested alloy cooled from 1600 ℃ in the furnace are quenched in water at 1450,1150 and 800 ℃,respectively. However,the Bi-phase precipitated at the grain boundary when the tested alloys are cooled from 1600 ℃ to room temperature in the furnace. The MnS inclusion in the alloy matrix can act as the effective nuclei of heterogeneous precipitated Bi-phase.
