摘要
通过组织分析和常温拉伸性能测试,研究了Ce、Zr复合添加对Al-4. 6Cu-0. 9Li合金组织与拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,微量Ce、Zr复合添加有利于阻止Al-Cu-Li合金再结晶以及较大幅度的细化合金晶粒组织(由70μm至20μm);微量Ce、Zr复合添加虽然不改变Al-Cu-Li合金的时效析出序列,但在提高合金整体强度的同时,进一步提高了合金的塑性。分析表明,合金强度的提高主要归因于微量Ce、Zr复合添加引入的Al_3Zr弥散强化作用,而细化的晶粒和残留相Al Cu Ce Zr粒子尺寸则促进了合金塑性的整体提高。
Effects of Ce and Zr co-addition on the microstructure and tensile properties of Al-4. 6 Cu-0. 9 Li alloy were studied by microstructure analysis and tensile test at room temperature. The results show that the co-addition of a small Ce and Zr is beneficial to prevent recrystallization of Al-Cu-Li alloy and significantly refine the grain structure of this alloy (from 70 μm to 20 μm). The co-addition of Ce and Zr does not change the aging precipitation sequence of the Al-Cu-Li alloy,but it improves the overall strength and plasticity of the alloy. The analysis shows that the increase of the alloy strength is mainly attributable to the additonal dispersion strengthening of Al3Zr introduced by the co-addition of Ce and Zr,while the refined grain size and the residual phase Al Cu Ce Zr particles promote the overall improvement of the alloy plasticity.
